This Development is developed by Fairview Development Pte Ltd. (A subsidiary of Tong Eng Brothers Pte Ltd). They are familiar with Cluster Landed development as Poet Villas in Tagore Ave is developed by them. It is an award winning project for 2011 south East Asia best housing development. Belgravia in England is noted for its immensely expensive residential properties, it is one of the wealthiest districts in the world.

From Ang Mo Kio Ave 5 to the Boundary Wall of Belgravia Villas is 100m green buffer. This green buffer is used for greenery. No development will be at the front and it is like what Luxus Hill for exchange of development right for this piece of land. This project will fully equip with facilities and offer two 25m Lap pools. You will not feel crowded if one lap pool is occupied.  They also have gym for exercise to start your day.  There is a Club house to let you host your parties; Steam and Sauna rooms for you to relax after a long day of work. In the showroom, there is a Corner terrace model based on 1:20 size. There is also a fully mock up Semi Detached of 3961sqft.

Belgravia Villas is situated in D20. From here, it takes just under 15 minutes drive to Orchard Road via CTE or if you are working in town, it takes under 22 minutes. Belgravia Villas is just a stone throw away from the growing seletar Aerospace Hub. Greenwich V is a walking distance from the side gate. If you need to take MRT, it is just 5 bus stops away from Yio Chu Kang MRT. You can also go AMK Hub that is near to our project. We are also well connected to other part of Singapore via CTE/SLE/TPE.

It is the first Show House in Singapore to have a Useable Home Lift in a mock up show house. Not a common practice where developer built an actual unit to show client. What is showed in the show house is a S1-A model. Homogeneous tile is used in the PES (private Enclosed Space). Above the unit is the trellis and 3 glass panels. There is an area for natural vent for car park. Width of the Living area is 5.6m same for Semi Detached, Corner and inter Terraces. 

The Dining Area is a double volume of at least 6M in height. A chandelier lighting if you are a fan of it, If not you can enjoy a high ceiling in your dining area. There are Dry/WET kitchen. All kitchen equipment that you see in the show house are provided. The brand of Fridge and washing machine is SMEG from Italy; Wine Cellar is Vintec; if you do not want a Wine Cellar, it will be replaced by a kitchen cabinet. The Microwave, Oven and Cooker Hood, Hob are provided by De Dietrich from France. All kitchen equipments are using premium brand.  

There is a powder room on 1st level. Most of the time if your guest wanted to use the rest room they will have to go up to 2nd level or basement to use rest room. For this development, your guest or you can use the powder room and could return faster to your TV show.

At the basement the car park width size is 5.6m for inter terraces and some corner terraces. For the semi D and some corner terraces this width is 6.6M, extra space for bicycle or motorcycles if you got any. This will be the main entrance to your home via the basement. On the right is the store room that is unique to Semi D. There is a domestic helper room with its own open courtyard and toilet.

There is an ensuite bedroom at the basement together with a household shelter. The household shelter could be double up as a walk-in closet for the person staying there. There is no lack of sunlight on the basement as there is open courtyard there. The door of the lift is different from the rest because it is fire rated. The Home Lift is made in Taiwan. The Home Life is powered by single phase 220V. It is designed as such so that it could save power and operates on sleep-mode when not in use. If there is a power failure, the lift will bring you to the next available floor. In The lift, there is a phone for you to get help to the vendor or MCST.  

Level 4 is the roof terrace. You can see the view for the whole development. This would likely be the view that you are going to enjoy if you are staying there. You could furnish the roof terrace with outdoor furniture. A basin is provided. This area will host the lift M&E and water tank. If you want a Jacuzzi for your own, it will be at your cost.

Level 3 has 2 bedrooms with a shared toilet. Both rooms can fit a queen size bed easily and still got extra space for others. From staircase to the bedrooms is solid timber flooring. There is an open roof terrace on level 3 for occupants to step out to enjoy the view. 

The junior and master suites occupy the whole of Level 2. From level 2 corridor, you can see the dinning area below and could call your kids if you need to. Both suites are quite big, they can accommodate king size bed and yet have sufficient space for other activities.
