Kingsford Hillview Peak is located at a unique quiet residential enclave with plentiful of open spaces (with the back facing the military camp) at the end of Hillview Avenue. Design Concept: A Natural Icon

Inspired by nature and lush views, the design concept takes on an organic feel. This debut project with the five iconic residential towers is akin to soaring flowers set around clusters of activities. The main pool on the E-Deck serves as a sparkling centre piece, in the delightful contract of sculptural pavilions designed as crystals taking cue from the rock formations on the cliff face of Little Guilin.

 

The Five Pillars of Design: 

1.  The careful orientation and height of each block allows for maximized unobstructed views without the need for artificial screening that brings one up close with nature, embracing the lush greenery right from individual units. The building blocks are orientated north and south thus minimizing direct sunlight while maximizing cooling breezes.

 

2.     Fluid lines and changing perspectives on the E-Deck level extending out from the berm, expands the perception of space allowing one filled with never-ending wonderment and discovery. The facilities are also brought up to the sky terrace that boosts a feature cantilever pool. 

 

3.     Expressed as curvilinear lines and planes, the four Landmark towers with one 26-storey iconic block sets this debut project apart from any other. The 11th storey Sky Terrace ties these blocks together as an elevated communal park amongst the tree tops. 

 

4.     Well thought unit layout with 3.6m and 4m high penthouse units allows for flexibility catering to the avid urbanites that defines the concept of living. 

 

5.     The spreading out of the blocks with more units in contact with the ground or Sky Terraces gives opportunities for PES units and Open Terrace units. These in turn allows for this development to achieve the minimum 108% SFA efficiency.
